Introduce yourself, tell us a bit about you.
My name is Redeemer Schembri and I am 25 years of age. I am young, charismatic and full of energy in order to succeed in the Human Resources field. I am always ready to listen to positive and negative feedback since this is the only way to improve yourself and get better in your logical thinking and performance.
How long have you been employed by the Company?
Back in the days I was employed as a Front Desk Officer and an HR Assistant, having said that I was and still being thought and supervised by the best people in this industry and this will be the 8th year with Mediterranean Aviation Company Limited. During the first years I was involved in the recruitment and I decided to keep moving forward as I am always ready for new challenges in my life.
What was your latest or biggest achievement with Medavia?
I was promoted within the Human Resources Department and hopefully I will continue to grow. – Now I can say that I assist Management in a huge part of the employment and recruitment processes of the Company as well as facilitating many other related employee issues. Involved directly with MCAST and the Apprenticeship Schemes, I am also proud to be the youngest member in the selection team.
Any hobbies or interests you wish to share?
In my free time I like to do sports activities, going to the gym and keep myself healthy.
