Medavia Technics Part 21J Design Organisation has the capability us to issue Flight Conditions & Permit to Fly.

Typical examples of Permit to Fly and Flight Conditions are:

• Flight Testing of new design Changes
• Approve an aircraft to fly in a non approved configuration such as 0 PAX configuration
• Approve an aircraft to fly under specific flight conditions when the certificate of airworthiness has been suspended, such as structural damage
