Inspiring the Next Generation of Aviation Professionals

On the 24th and 25th November, we were delighted to welcome over 100 students from MCAST for their annual visit to our facilities, as part of the College’s initiative to introduce students to Malta’s leading MROs.

Our team proudly showcased the various departments within our maintenance organisation, highlighting the exciting career opportunities that aviation has to offer.

During the visit, students gained firsthand insight into the dynamics of aircraft hangar operations and explored our avionics, cabin, and structures shops. This experience gave them a deeper understanding of how we keep aircraft well maintained, flying safely and efficiently.

It was truly inspiring to see so many young minds eager to learn and explore the possibilities within this industry. These future professionals represent the next wave of innovation and excellence in Malta’s aviation sector.

For many, this visit marks the beginning of their journey as they start considering where to pursue their apprenticeships and we hope Medavia will be part of that story.
