Compliance Monitoring & Training Officer

The Compliance Monitoring & Training Officer assists the Compliance Monitoring Manager in their day-to-day duties, playing a key role and particularly supporting during the processes of personnel competence development. They ensure initial and recurrent training requirements are identified, planned, and fulfilled. They actively contribute during internal and external compliance audits. The Compliance Monitoring & Training Officer supports the Compliance Monitoring Manager, whilst ensuring that the PART-145 organisation adheres to the applicable regulations and carries out other administrative functions as required.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Assist in the process of personnel competence assessment, training and issuance of Certification Authorizations.
  • Coordinate with respective Post Holders to ensure competence assessments are conducted in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with respective training organisations and trainers to conduct training.
  • Manage and co-ordinate initial and continuation trainings for all personnel.
  • Assist in preparing and upkeeping training material.
  • Assist in preparing Training Need Analysis.
  • Assist with preparing annual training budget.
  • Manage the issuance and collection of Authorisation Stamps.
  • To administer and maintain all records
  • Assist during the different phases of audits.
  • Ensure necessary preparations and arrangement are made ahead of external audits.
  • Review forms, relevant documents, and the Experience Logbooks for AML applications.
  • Assist with the amendment of MOE, MOE Supplements, procedures and other documents.
  • Contribute toward maintaining a strong compliance and safety culture within the organization.
  • Perform other duties commensurate to the role.

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications

  • Familiarity with EASA Part 145 and SMS principles.
  • Critical thinking skills.
  • Interpersonal intelligence skills.
  • Analytic mindset with attention to detail.
  • Good English language written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent with the use of office management software systems including MS Office Suite.
  • Relevant Diploma/ Degree/AME Course.
