Compliance Monitoring Specialist and Training Co-ordinator
We are seeking a motivated individual to support our Compliance Monitoring Manager in ensuring the organisation operates in line with EASA Part-145 requirements. The role combines compliance oversight with the coordination of training needs for maintenance personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day compliance monitoring activities.
- Support the review, development, and maintenance of the maintenance organisation exposition and related documentation.
- Monitor and verify staff competence and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
- Assist in managing and issuing personnel certification authorisations.
- Review and evaluate aircraft maintenance license applications, experience logbooks, and supporting documentation.
- Prepare, monitor, and maintain on the job training and apprentice logbooks.
- Coordinate and oversee initial, continuation, and additional training programmes.
- Maintain Training Needs Analyses, develop training plans, and assist with training budgets.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records for all maintenance staff.
- Contribute to other compliance and training-related tasks as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Part-145 environment.
- Strong knowledge of EASA Part-145, Human Factors, SMS, and MOE.
- Basic understanding of aircraft systems, powerplants, and maintenance procedures.
- Preferably familiar with compliance management systems.
- Strong organisational, communication, and MS Office skills.
- Relevant technical/academic qualification in aircraft maintenance (or equivalent experience).
