Shipping Administrator
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Shipping Administrator to join our growing Stores team. This role focuses on managing inbound and outbound aircraft parts shipments while supporting stores and inventory functions within a fast-paced, compliance-driven aviation environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate international shipments of aircraft parts, materials, and tooling

Prepare shipping documentation (AWB, commercial invoices, packing lists, export & DG IATA paperwork)

Liaise with purchasing, freight forwarders, couriers, and customs

Track shipments and ensure timely delivery

Manage AOG (Aircraft on Ground) urgent shipments

Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company procedures

Update systems with shipment ETAs

Goods receiving and documentation verification

Stock control, shelf-life monitoring, and reconciliation

Parts identification and traceability management

Support stock takes and maintain accurate ERP records
Requirements:

Experience in aviation stores, MRO, or aviation logistics preferred

Strong knowledge of shipping and export documentation
-
Familiarity with EASA/FAA Part-145 environment considered an asset

Understanding of traceability and certification (EASA Form 1, etc.)

Proficient in ERP systems, Excel, and Outlook

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure

Good command of English

Driver’s licence and forklift licence preferred (training provided)
