Technical Purchasing Administrator

We are seeking a highly organised and results-oriented Technical Purchasing Administrator to join our Technical Purchasing Department. The role focuses on managing inbound and outbound aircraft parts shipments while supporting stores and inventory functions within a fast-paced, compliance-driven aviation environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source aircraft parts, consumables, tooling, and services

  • Process RFQs and evaluate quotations (price, availability, certification, lead time)

  • Raise and manage purchase orders through ERP systems

  • Handle AOG requirements and urgent procurement

  • Ensure compliance with airworthiness and regulatory requirements

  • Verify certification documents (EASA Form 1, FAA 8130-3, C of C)

  • Monitor open orders and coordinate timely deliveries

  • Support technical projects and resolve invoice discrepancies

Requirements:

  • Experience in aviation purchasing, technical procurement, or MRO supply chain preferred

  • Strong understanding of aviation documentation and traceability

  • Good negotiation and supplier management skills

  • Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure

  • Willing to support after-hours and weekend roster requirements

  • Good command of English
