Key Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Install and Configure OS, networks, hardware, and applications both on Servers and Desktop;
  • Install and Configure Virtual Environment Servers;
  • Maintain Servers and the Virtual Environment;
  • Maintain and troubleshoot the LAN and WAN Network;
  • Maintain and monitor the PABX and the VOIP system;
  • To offer ICT support to Internal and External Users;
  • Setting of New accounts and profiles on all systems;
  • To provide training on Current systems or new systems;
  • Manage Backups and Restores;
  • To test and evaluate new technologies;
  • Provide ON-CALL services on a 24/7 Basis;
  • Administering Microsoft office 365;
  • Managing Digital Storage;
  • Administrate ICT systems such as Firewall, Routers etc;
  • Assisting the First level of Support in the ICT Team.

Ideal Skills & Experience

  • MQF Level 6 in ICT or related industry;
  • Microsoft Certification related to Server and Office 365;
  • Applicants with experience in a similar role will be preferred.
