Position Overview:

Elevate service standards with Medavia as a Ground Handler, where attention to detail delivers an exceptional experience. Your mission is to ensure that our services are seamless and efficient, from passenger assistance to ramp services, to administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication with customers (airlines, agencies, brokers, crew, passengers, etc.).
  • Preparation, processing, and collection of invoices for services rendered.
  • Loading and unloading of baggage from the aircraft.
  • Custody and transportation of luggage during the process of boarding and disembarkation.
  • Processing of Catering and Laundry requests.
  • Management, processing, and booking of hotel / accommodations requests.
  • Management, processing, and booking of VIP transportation services for crew and passengers.
  • Passengers Meet & Greet.
  • VIP lounge assistance for passengers.
  • Crew lounge assistance

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English, written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in using relevant tools, and MS Office suite.
  • Driving License.
  • Experience in airport environment, is an asset.
  • Customer oriented approach.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, with a flexible attitude to working hours.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
