Key activities include:
- Provide Support to the Compliance Manager;
- Administer the Company Quality Management System Q-Pulse;
- Maintain and update the Compliance Manuals and Documentation;
- Organising domestic arrangements for external representatives and auditors visiting the company;
- Administering the Occurrence Reporting System and preparing monthly summary of occurrence reports;
- Creating and formatting of audit checklists;
- Assisting with training/instruction in the following areas: Preparing and conducting “in house” Compliance System briefings for new employees. Conducting continuation Compliance system and Q-Pulse training;
- Supporting the preparation of the Management meetings;
- Other duties arising.
We are looking for a meticulous, proactive and organised individual with an ‘A’ level standard of education and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Fluency in spoken/written English is a essential.
